Customer satisfaction is very important to us therefore we supply Manufacturer/Distributor Warranties with all of our products. With all warranty issues, we at Allstar Poolparts always do our best to help our clients to get the issue sorted out as quickly and smoothly as possible.
If you require Manufacturer warranty support on your purchased product, please refer to the warranty section in the documentation that you received on the product purchased. This will contain the service contact information for the manufacturer. Make sure you have your original invoice available as the manufacturer will need this to action your warranty service request. We will be happy to refer you to the manufacturer's customer service hotline for assistance with operating difficulties or product repairs.
Please note, with products that are back to base warranty, the freight cost is not the responsibilty of Allstar Poolparts unless this has been authorised.
The following warranties apply:
Salt Cells (Generic)
Residential - Two years (Based on running 8 hrs per/day)
Commercial - One year
Salt Cells (Original), Pool Pumps, Filters, Chlorinators & Cleaners
All are covered by manufactures warranty - Please refer warranty for details.
Allstar Poolparts does not cover equipment that has been installed or maintained incorrectly. If you have any questions regarding your warranty please contact us and we are more than happy to offer our assistance.
If the goods received are defective upon receipt or is not as described, Allstar Poolparts will gladly refund or exchange the item. All returns are subject to Allstar Poolparts receiving the item back within 14 days of receiving goods. Items must be returned with their original packaging and unless they were damaged prior to receiving them, must still be in an unused and saleable condition.
If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Allstar Poolparts will offer you an exchange voucher or refund, provided that:
- Goods are returned within 14 days of receiving goods
- You provide Allstar Poolparts with original tax invoice
- Goods are returned in original packaging including, warranty cards, instruction manuals & accessories
- Goods are unopened, unused and in a resalable condition
If these conditions are not met, Allstar Poolparts reserve the right not to offer a refund or exchange. A restocking fee may apply to these returns.
Who pays the freight cost for returned products?
If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.
