Overseas Orders

Duties and Taxes

We totally understand that nobody likes to have to pay any extra charges on a product they have purchased and that is why we encourage all of our overseas clients to research these charges before purchasing.

The extra amount that our courier (Usually DHL) is asking for is for the duties/taxes required for importing this product into your country. They are required to charge these as per the regulations of the country you live in.

We do not know these charges and unfortunately we cannot advise what these costs will be. The reason for this is that every country has different charges, some have none at all, some are very low charges and some higher. These charges can also change frequently and it is for these reasons we cannot advertise the price of a product, including duties and taxes.

Please feel free to contact the courier company to confirm this as we have. However, we really do recommend you pay these fees so you can receive your order. We are sorry if you did not know about these fees, however we have really done our best to inform you to research these costs before purchasing.

You can return the order if you choose, however there is a cost involved to us for this which will unfortunately be passed onto yourself.

Changing Prices on Invoices

Unfortunately we cannot state a lower price on invoices when sending orders overseas. Our business sends a lot of packages internationally and because our prices are so easily accessed online this could result in us being fined or worse, losing our online store. We do apologise for the inconvenience.

We do recommend all our clients research the duties/taxes in their country before purchasing, as we are not experts in this department and these charges can change frequently.
