I've ordered from All Star Pools twice now. The team are incredibly friendly and helpful. They made (what I thought would be a nightmare) everything so easy and really went out of their way for me. I also ordered an unnecessary part and they exchanged it with no issue whatsoever. Old fashioned customer service and values - I fully recommend them.

I ordered parts for South Australia and received them the next day. I'm so pleased I found this company because it's clear that they hold customer satisfaction as their primary driver. I've spoken to two different staff members, both of which were amazing to deal with, incredibly friendly and it was clear that they were happy to go out of their way for me. I can't rate them highly enough.

Fantastic experience… Stuart responded to me within an hour to confirm that this was the part I needed. Was delivered to me free within one business day. Easy change over of the part so all up very happy. Thanks!

Cannot recommend All Star enough. They took the time to reply to my enquiry & provided plenty of detail. I had been struggling to find a replacement MPV and they were so helpful. There was a minor problem with the new part and they resolved that issue promptly. Will absolutely shop with them again!

I have been purchasing all of my pool parts from Allstar Pool Parts for about 5 years now. The service has always been top notch. After hours or weekend questions lodged via their website are almost always replied to within 3 hours. Of course phoning the office during office hours will get an immediate response. Placing orders via the Website on a weekend will typically see the item dispatched on Monday. Pricing is competitive. All up, All Star Service.
